In our Tool Room we do all types of Mould & Dies Manufacturing like Injection Mould Blow Mould, Pet Mould with work force of 20 People Including 1 Tool Room Engineer , 05 skilled Mould Maker & Helper.

We have got 5 Nos CNC Milling Machine Maximum X : 1300 Y : 635 Z : 635 Chevalier Taiwan Make. Here we have 5 programmer & Operator 10 Nos & 8 Helpers . This factory is also running 24 Hrs 365 Days (Except Public Holidays) With All the above Facility, We can Make All the Moulds Upto 600 Tonnes Size Moulding Machines. We have well-equipped modern Production & Mould Assembly Workshop with latest machines to manufacture highly accurate jobs.

We have all size of machines from small to big with Spindle speed up to 10,000 rpm & Feed Rate programmable up to 10 meters. We have 5 CNC Vertical Milling Machining Center, varying from 500 mm to 1300 mm in "X" axis, 400 mm to 500 mm in "Y" axis, 400 mm to 600 mm in "Z" axis. We also under take C. N. C. job work at reasonable charges.
